PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Professor Eman is RKA’s Interim Global Practice Leaderod the firm’s computer forensics and electronic evidence practice, composed of: eDiscovery, digital forensics, data analytics and data protection advisory. In this role, she manages the firm’s global relationship with our third-party provider, Lineal Global.

In addition to holding a PhD and MBA, she is certified as a project management professional (PMP) with a background in engineering, procurement, and academic program delivery. Gained early experience in a large-scale construction project through procurement and vendor coordination. Since then, developed strong skills in planning, coordination, and structured execution through technical and academic roles.

Currently focused on transitioning back into project-based work, with an emphasis on construction and infrastructure, building on prior field exposure and formal project management training.

Dr. Eman Elrifaei, PhD, MBA, PMP, is developing a professional practice in digital forensics, eDiscovery, cyber investigation support, and incident response. She holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering and has experience with network infrastructure, operating systems, databases, SQL, file systems, troubleshooting, testing, and technical reporting.

Her work is grounded in systems thinking, structured problem-solving, data organization, and careful documentation. She has experience reviewing technical information for gaps, inconsistencies, logic errors, and incomplete evidence, and presenting findings in clear, structured reports.

Her current professional development focuses on digital evidence handling, chain of custody, data integrity, investigative workflows, forensic tools, and reporting standards. She brings a disciplined approach to technical analysis, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing findings that are accurate, traceable, and suitable for professional review.
