RKA Worldwide is truly different, starting with the reasons our co-founders commenced the firm, and the source of our technical expertise.

The former was grounded on bad and toxic previous demeanor and behaviors experienced by some of us from lousy, dishonest, dishonorable, deceitful, incompetent, rude and self-serving “managers.” We attempted to assemble top qualified, experienced, licensed and bilingual experts, serious men and women doing very important work, but in a pleasant, respectful, honorable and fun environment – and we really succeeded.

We strongly oppose antisemitism and similar acts of discrimination, which are inconsistent with our values. We evaluate and rate work performance solely on results and nothing else. Our client acceptance process is based only on the results of a conflicts and background check, as well as reputation. We are 100% “work from anywhere,” when not at a client site, legal venue appearance, or mandated meeting. We do not play games on semantics of “work from anywhere, but..”.

The latter is that we provide powerful, pragmatic solutions grounded in real-life work experience, not just theory. Our leaders have:

• Internal corporate forensic, anti-bribery/corruption investigation, complex forensic accounting, auditing, human resources, risk management, legal and compliance experience with Fortune 30 multi-national companies around the world.
• Service with the United States and foreign military and law enforcement.
• Prior global, client-facing experience with Big Five accounting firms and prestigious law firms, assisting public and private companies, as well as domestic and foreign issuers and governments, in audit, assurance, tax and consulting leadership roles as well as litigation.
• Our clients benefit by having one firm, RKA Worldwide, not a patchwork of unknown firms, provide a suite of services to assist them in resolving distress and uncertainty arising from risk, disputes, and other business challenges, such as market entry, a purchase or sale of a company or business unit, or having discovered misconduct, fraud or other unethical conduct.

Our client service approach is simple and straightforward:

• We hire the right talent through an extensive talent identification, screening and testing acquisition process looking equally to technical and other expertise and skills with soft talents.
• We are a non-toxic firm – here missing one’s annual work performance or revenue generation goals may not get one terminated. However, pervasive rude, unprofessional, condescending, and discriminatory type behavior, actions and comments, from any staff, middle, senior and executive level, toward any firm colleagues, including to interns, clerical, support or administrative staff, would absolutely earn one a disciplinary event affecting annual performance reviews, and up to include termination or contract cancellation – this is non-negotiable.
• We only work within, and are subject matter technical experts, in each of the eight global core areas that we serve.
• We lead by example – our senior leaders are in the front lines, on the ground, working side by side with our clients worldwide – when you engage a senior RKA Worldwide leader, you get that person for we don’t play resume games as some of our competitors.
