Professional Summary

Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, United States, and in her corporate consulting roles, Dr. Santiago is a key member of the firm’s executive committee and senior leadership team, and the interim global Head of Human Resources and Group Chief Talent, People and Culture Officer, with oversight and ultimate responsibility over all related functions worldwide. Concurrently, she serves as the Senior Director of the firm’s Human Resources in Puerto Rico. In all of these roles, she works directly with the firm’s Global Chair, the President and CEO, and other co-founders as a strategic advisor on “bet the company” decisions.

An internationally recognized HR and labor expert, Dr. Santiago also serves in the client services delivery side of the firm, as a consulting senior director and Practice Leader, in RKA’s global Human Capital, Labor and Workforce Investigations team.

She joined the firm late 2025, as a Director in HR expert client services delivery, and promoted internally to Senior Director July 2026, due to sustained and proven demonstrated labor and strategic HR counsel and performance, but also her passion, non-toxic adversity, and energy for all HR matters.

A strategic and human-centered People and Organizational Development partner and leader,with over 25 years of experience operating across Puerto Rico, Latin America, the Caribbean, and multicultural environments, partnering with organizations ranging from startups to complex global organizations. She brings a research-driven and evidence-based approach to organizational transformation, leading cross-cultural initiatives in organizational design, governance structures, and operating models, aligning business strategy with culture, leadership, and execution.
