Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, United States, and in her corporate consulting roles, Dr. Santiago is the interim global head of Human Resources, and Group Chief Talent, People and Culture Officer, with oversight over all related functions. Concurrently she serves as the Senior Director of the firm’s Human Resources in Puerto Rico.

An internationally recognized HR and labor expert, Dr Santiago also serves in the client services delivery side of the firm, as a consulting senior director, in RKA’s global Human Capital, Labor and Workforce Investigations team.

She joined the firm late 2025, as a Director in HR expert client services delivery, and promoted internally to Senior Director July 2026, due to demonstrated performance.
