PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Daniele de Almeida, is RKA’s Senior Vice President – Chief Administrative Officer, Head and Chief of Staff to the Executive Office, and the conduit between the firm and its various Board members and Board Chairs/Senior executive advisors.

Daniele co-founded the new RKA firm and has worldwide responsibility and oversight over all administrative topics, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

She has over 18 years of experience in administrative and executive support areas and first worked for a law firm in firm administration and really loved the law, and social justice, and observing and witnessing the zealousness of the defense attorneys and their passion for defending their clients and their quest for justice.

She then worked for a philanthropic Brazil government health service, where she gained significant experience and exposure to the administration of healthcare operations, as well as not-for-profit entities.

After a career break, she then co-founded the new RKA Worldwide, a forensic complex accounting, fraud examination, corporate investigation, as well as a compliance, internal audit, Human Resources and labor investigation and executive protection/security consultancy expert firm, firm of experts particularly skilled at anti-bribery/corruption work, such as FCPA, UKBA, and similar laws in LATAM and EMEA.

At RKA, Daniele raised though the ranks of the original firm, and serving in administrative, executive and field engagement support, corporate development and client resource management areas and then due to her passion for correctness, work-ethic and discipline, strategic vision and contributions, was invited by the original co-founders to be a co-founder of the new global RKA firm.

On her current role she supports the global executive office and heads firm administration, working directly with the firm’s co-founder, global Non-Executive Chairman Alan Siegfried, and now also the incoming Chair, expert and luminary, Dr. Frank Holder. She also administers and supports the global and various regional Boards in North America, Brazil, Latin America (w/o Brazil) and Middle-East, and its Executive Advisors and Board Chairs and due to the challenges of operating in multiple time zones and international venues.

In the original RKA firm, Daniele supported engagement management, and the administrative sides of field consulting expert, projects and investigations.

When not in the office, Daniele is a devoted Christian and believer, wife and mother, and off work can be found spending time with her family. She is also an athlete, avid runner and martial artist of the Krav Maga Israeli special forces combat defense fighting system.
