She remains as Head of HR in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and also with her client services delivery responsabilities in HR, Labor and Workforce Investigations.

Pella, the best woman leader I have ever work with in 30 years plus, for her leadership and counsel in helping us get a global start up off the ground, not an easy zero-based feat, and as part of RKA’s senior management team. Sue retires on 7/31/26 from the RKA corporate office, but will continue as a client services luminary for HR investigations, as Deputy General Counsel / senior advisor. THANK YOU SUE!”
