RKA Worldwide Group, LLC in collaboration with Mavins International, super enthusiastic to announce the promotion of Dr Natasha Santiago Candelario, PhD. to interim consulting global Chief Talent, Culture and People Officer and Global Head of Human Resources, effective 8/1/2026. She remains as head of HR in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and with her client services delivery role in HR, Labor and Workforce Investigations.
In addition, the promotion of Dr Esther Maretti, from consulting assistant manager in the HR, Labor and Workforce Investigations practice, to Consulting Manager, and concurrently as head of HR for Brazil, so concurrent corporate and client services roles.
Said Ariel Ramirez MBA, CFE, CIA, CFSA, CRMA, CGAP, CCSA, RKA CEO: “Chair Alan Siegfried, MBA, CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, CBA, CFSA, others, and I, partly formed RKA based on observing bad leadership, toxic, and discriminatory cultures and behavior against others, simply because they had diffent origins, sexual orientation, gender, religion, opinions, accents, and/or color. So we formed RKA solely for the best of the best, and only based on performance. Here, Dr Natasha and Dr Esther, two superbly qualified, wonderful, educated with Doctor level degrees, fluent in multiple languages, technically extraordinary women who are simply the best technically and really nice ladies to be around in a high-results but respectful and fun culture. ( see https://lnkd.in/diCafaji ).
They both will be working closely with our London based deputy global CHRO, another “wow” super-talented outstanding woman leader, Sally Wilks, and Brazil chair Olga Pontes, who epitomizes leadership and culture styles.
A big thank to Dr Susan A. Pella, the best woman leader I have ever work with in 30 years, for her leadership and counsel in helping us get a global start up off the ground, not an easy zero-based feat, and as part of RKA’s senior management team. Sue retires on 7/31/26 from the RKA corporate office, but will continue as a client services luminary for HR investigations as Deputy General Counsel/senior advisor. THANK YOU SUE!”
